What to Expect on Your Discovery Call

Thirty minutes, free, and genuinely useful even if we never work together. Here's exactly how the call works, so you can decide if it's worth your time — and get the most out of it if it is.

01 What it is (and isn't)

A discovery call is a working session, not a sales pitch. We spend the time understanding how your business actually runs — where the hours go, what's manual, what's fragile — and tell you plainly what we'd fix first and roughly what that involves. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

02 How to prepare (10 minutes, optional)

• Jot the repetitive stuff. The 3–5 tasks you or your team do over and over. Don't organize it — a messy list is fine.
• Know your rough numbers. How many customers/orders/invoices a month? Precision doesn't matter; scale does.
• Pick your most annoying workflow. The one that makes you sigh. That's usually where we start.

No preparation at all also works — the questions we ask surface everything.
